New Village Properties, Inc. has been serving the NorthWest Atlanta area for the last 4 years. We believe that our customers in NorthWest Atlanta have made our company more successful than we ever could have imagined.

In the late 1800's to early 1900's, this side of the city was established as industrial work communities with villages constructed around factories and plants. The home styles were simple Bungalow and Craftsman style homes. Our new homes are modeled after these vintage homes down to the quality construction that existed during that time.

We believe in doing things right the first time. We refuse to cut any corners and we attribute that to our overwhelming success. Our company prides itself on building all our homes as if we were going to live in them ourselves. Our spec homes are more like custom homes and our pre-sale home always exceed the customers expectations.
