PROCESS - USABILITY

Once a prototype of the site has been developed, Usability Testing is conducted. Users are asked to accomplish a number of tasks and make comments along the way. These tasks are based on what the company wants the user to be able to accomplish or gain by viewing their site. The users actions and comments are recorded and changes may or may not be made dependant on the results.
